Prohibited Trading Practices
To maintain a fair trading environment, all unethical trading practices are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the following will result in an account breach:

- Any other activity deemed to be cheating
News Trading Rules
Trading during high-impact news events is restricted. To trade during these periods, you must purchase the "Major News Trading" add-on, which permits trading within a specific 8-minute window surrounding the event.
Policy on EAs and Copy Trading
Instant Funding offers significant flexibility for automated and copied trading:
- Expert Advisors (EAs): The use of semi-automated EAs, such as those for risk management or trade management, is permitted.
- Copy Trading: Copy trading is fully allowed. You can copy trades between your own Instant Funding accounts or with external accounts, and your account can function as either a Master or a Slave.
Account Management & Strategy Rules
- VPS/VPN Usage: The use of a VPS, VPN, or any form of server-based trading is not permitted.
- Inactivity Period: Your account will be considered inactive if no trades are placed for a period of 60 days.

Instant Funding Payout and Profit Rules
This part of our Instant Funding review covers the specific payout schedules, profit splits, and consistency rules for each program. Understanding these Instant Funding rules is key to a successful partnership.
Payout Frequency and Profit Splits
The standard profit split is a generous 80%. However, the payout frequency varies by account type:
- On-Demand Payouts: The IF Micro, 1-Step Micro, 1-Step, and 2-Step accounts all feature flexible on-demand payouts.
- Instant Program Payouts: For the standard Instant Program, your first payout is available after 14 days, with all subsequent withdrawals processed weekly (every 7 days).
- 2 Phase Max Profit Split: For this program, your profit split is tied to your evaluation speed. Completing the challenge in 5-13 days earns a 60% split, 14-27 days earns an 80% split, and taking 28+ days rewards you with up to a 95% split.
Profit Consistency Rules
To ensure steady performance, a "best day" rule applies to certain accounts:
- IF Micro Accounts: Your single best trading day cannot account for more than 15% of your total profit.
- One & Two Phase Accounts: For on-demand payouts, your best day's profit must be 40% or less of your total profit. You must also have traded on at least 3 different days and reached a minimum profit of 1.5% or $25 (whichever is higher).
Instant Funding Program: Specific Conditions
This flagship program from the Instant Funding prop firm uses a "smart drawdown" system. The drawdown begins at -10% and permanently locks at -5% of your initial balance once you achieve a 5% profit.
To request your first Instant Funding payout, you must reach a 5% profit target. The withdrawal is available 14 days after your first trade, with subsequent payouts processed weekly. A $25 minimum withdrawal applies. To scale up, you must reach a 10% profit target, at which point 5% of the balance is used to upgrade your account.
