Anonymous sessions (non-logged-in): retained for 30 days then permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Logged-in user sessions: retained for 90 days by default.
Exception for security/fraud investigations: recordings required for a validated investigation may be retained up to 12 months; such exceptions are recorded, justified, and periodically reviewed.
Recordings will be purged automatically according to these schedules; if you request deletion of your personal data we will delete or anonymize session recordings associated with your account in accordance with this retention schedule and applicable law.
