Inactivity Rule
To maintain account validity, continuous engagement is required. Should an account remain dormant for a period exceeding 30 days, it will face deactivation. To prevent this, users must actively log in and sustain an interactive connection. Please note that once an account is deactivated due to inactivity, reinstatement is not possible.
All or Nothing
Trading strategies characterized by an "all or nothing" approach, where extreme risk-taking jeopardizes the entire account, are strictly forbidden.
Average Trade Duration
- Traders are mandated to ensure that the mean duration of all executed trades surpasses a threshold of 2 minutes.
- Furthermore, a minimum of 50% of any requested profit must originate from trades that have individually lasted longer than 2 minutes.
Order Block Spamming
The execution of numerous trading orders within a compressed timeframe is not permitted. This practice, often referred to as "order block spamming," is prohibited.
News Trading on Qualified Analyst Accounts
- General Policy for Swing Accounts: News trading is exclusively permitted for Swing account holders.
- Trade Validity Window (4-Minute): If a trade commences within a 4-minute window surrounding a news release (2 minutes prior to, or up to 2 minutes after), the trade's duration must extend beyond 2 minutes to be considered valid.
- Alpha Pro Accounts: Trading activities around high-impact news events are restricted to a 2-minute window immediately preceding or following the news announcement.
- Alpha One, Alpha Pro 6%, and Alpha Three Accounts: For these specific account types, engaging in trades around high-impact news is restricted to a 5-minute window both before and after the news release.
- All Evaluation Programs: News trading is fully permissible across all evaluation programs without any specific restrictions.
Drawdown Adjustment Rule for Alpha One Accounts
In instances where your 6% trailing Maximum Drawdown resets to the initial account balance upon achieving a 6% profit, it is imperative to maintain a sufficient profit buffer to ensure continued trading eligibility. Should all profits be withdrawn under these conditions, the account will be subject to closure.
Risk Management
It is prohibited to consistently incur losses or risk between 3.5% and 5% of capital within a single trade or a series of trades closed approximately at the same time. This rule aims to enforce disciplined risk management.
Qualified Analyst Allocation Rules
The maximum capital that can be allocated per individual trading strategy on a Qualified Analyst Account is capped at $300,000.

Withdrawal Policy:
Traders have specific payout options available depending on their chosen plan. For Alpha Pro, Alpha Pro 6%, and Alpha Three plans, you may select either Biweekly Payouts or the 2% On-Demand option during checkout. Conversely, for the Alpha Swing and Alpha One plans, only the 2% On-Demand payout option is accessible.
Biweekly Payout Details
- Payout requests can be submitted every 14 days.
- A minimum withdrawal amount of $100 in gross profits is required.
Two Percent On-Demand Payout Details
This option allows traders to initiate payout requests at any time, provided they meet specific criteria:
- Successful adherence to the 40% Best Day Rule.
- Maintaining a minimum of 2% gross profits within their account balance.
40% Best Day Rule
To ensure consistent performance, no single trading day's profits are permitted to account for more than 40% of the total accumulated profits for the qualification period.
Consistency Rules :
The on-demand withdrawal option necessitates adherence to a crucial principle: traders are required to maintain a 40% consistency rule. Furthermore, to activate this option, achieving a minimum of 2% gross profit in the account balance will be a mandatory condition.
