Withdrawal Policy:

Core Payout Rules in this E8 Futures Review & Requirements

To maintain a consistent trading environment, E8 Markets enforces specific payout policies that every trader must follow. First, the 35% Best Day Rule dictates that your single highest profit day must not exceed 35% of your total generated profits. This ensures that your success is due to consistent strategy, not a lucky “gambling” trade.

Additionally, you are required to complete at least 5 winning trading days (where your net profit is 0.3% or higher) between each withdrawal request. It is important to remember that this counter resets to zero after every successful payout.

Payout Buffer & Minimums

When requesting a withdrawal, you cannot withdraw the entire account balance. You must strictly maintain a Payout Buffer equal to your End-of-Day (EOD) Trailing Drawdown. For example, if you are trading a $100,000 account with a 4% drawdown limit, you must leave $4,000 in the account as a safety buffer. The minimum amount you can request for any withdrawal is $312.5.

Progressive Payout Caps (Withdrawal Limits)

E8 Futures uses a progressive system for withdrawals to encourage long-term growth:

  • Early Stage: Your 1st and 2nd payouts are capped at a maximum of 2.5% of your initial account balance.

  • Growth Stage: The limit increases to 4.5% for your 3rd payout and 5.5% for your 4th payout.

  • Pro Stage: From your 5th payout onwards, the cap jumps significantly to $25,000 per account. Alternatively, at this stage, you qualify to request a transfer to a dedicated E8 Pro account.

FAQ:
What is the difference between Daily Pause and EOD Drawdown?

The Daily Pause is not a hard breach. If you hit this limit (e.g., $1,000 on a $50k account), your account is simply disabled until the next trading day (00:00 Server Time). However, the EOD Dynamic Drawdown is a hard breach; if your floating or closed loss exceeds this limit, the account is lost.

How does the Payout Buffer work?

Before you can request a payout, you must leave a "Buffer" in your account equal to your EOD Trailing Drawdown size. For example, on a $100,000 account with a $3,000 EOD drawdown, you must keep $3,000 of your profits in the account. This amount cannot be withdrawn.

Can I trade news and hold positions overnight?

News Trading is allowed without any restrictions in both evaluation and funded stages. However, Overnight Holding is NOT allowed. All open positions are forced to close every day at 15:10 CT.

What are the requirements for the first payout?

To request your first payout, you need a minimum of 3 profitable days (where realized PnL is ≥ 0.3%). Additionally, you must follow the 35% Best Day Rule, meaning no single trading day can exceed 35% of your total generated profits. Note that there are payout caps for the first few withdrawals.

Is there a time limit to pass the evaluation?

There is no maximum time limit to reach the profit target. However, there is an Inactivity Rule: you must place a trade at least once every 7 days. If the account remains inactive for 7 consecutive days, it will be disabled.
