News Trading Regulations by Account Type
The rules for trading during news events vary depending on your account type:
- Hyper-Growth & Bootcamp Accounts: News trading is permitted. However, employing bracket strategies (such as placing opposing stop orders) around major news releases is not allowed.
- High Stakes Accounts: Trading during high-impact news is restricted. Executing any order is prohibited within the window of 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after a scheduled high-impact news event.
Copy Trading Policy and Limitations
Copy trading is generally allowed on specific accounts but must adhere to the following rules:
- Permitted Accounts: Copy trading is available for High Stakes and Hyper-Growth accounts.
- Capital Limit: Once a trader's total managed capital exceeds $500,000, copying the same trades across their multiple accounts is no longer permitted.
- Personal Accounts Only: You may copy trades from an external account only if you are the owner of that account.
- No Third-Party Copying: Using signals or copy trading services from any third-party provider or individual is strictly prohibited.
- Bootcamp Restriction: Copy trading between two different Bootcamp accounts is not allowed.
Expert Advisor (EA) Usage Policy
The use of Expert Advisors is permitted across all programs, provided they strictly adhere to our trading rules. Any EA found to violate these terms will result in immediate account cancellation without a refund.
- Mandatory Stop Loss: Your EA must place a valid Stop Loss (SL) for every position it opens.
- Prohibited Functions: EAs are forbidden from performing any of the following actions:
- Copying trades from third-party signals.
- Tick scalping.
- Latency, reverse, or hedge arbitrage trading.
- Using emulators to mask or alter trading activity.
High Stakes Program Requirements
To successfully complete the High Stakes program, traders must achieve a minimum of 3 profitable trading days. A day is counted as profitable if the sum of all closed positions results in a net gain of at least 0.5% of the initial account balance.
Key Rules for the Bootcamp Program
The following risk management rules are strictly enforced in the Bootcamp program:
- Mandatory Stop Loss: A stop-loss is required for all positions and must be set within 3 minutes of opening a trade.
- Maximum Risk Per Position: The stop-loss must not risk more than 2% of the account balance on any single position.
- Daily Pause Rule: A 3% "soft breach" daily pause is applied during the funded stage to prevent excessive daily losses.
- Risk Violations: Opening a trade without a stop-loss or risking over 2% constitutes a risk violation. Accumulating 5 risk violations will result in automatic account termination.
General Prohibited Trading Practices
The following trading activities are strictly forbidden on our platform:
- One-Sided Betting: Consistently executing trades in a single direction without regard for changing market conditions.
- Arbitrage: Any strategy that exploits price discrepancies between different markets or feeds.
- News Bracketing: Placing pending orders (e.g., buy stops and sell stops) around high-impact news events.
- System Exploitation: Taking advantage of any system errors, latency, or price feed inaccuracies.
Account Inactivity Policy
Any account that does not have a new trade executed for more than 30 consecutive calendar days will be considered inactive and will automatically expire.

Profit Split by Program
Our profit share is tailored to each program, with significant opportunities for growth through our scaling plan.
- Bootcamp & Hyper-Growth Programs: Traders begin with a 50% profit split. This increases to 75% after your first successful scale-up and can eventually reach up to 100%.
- High Stakes Program: Traders in this program start with a generous 80% profit split, which can also be scaled up to a full 100% share.
Payout Frequency
All traders are eligible to withdraw their earned profits on a regular bi-weekly (every 14 days) schedule, ensuring consistent access to your funds.
