Maximum Loss Per Trade (3% Rule)
Your maximum loss on any single trade must not exceed 3% of your account size. Please note that splitting a large trade into multiple smaller positions will still be counted as a single trade for the purpose of this rule.
Copy Trading Policy
Our copy trading rules are designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fair practices.
- Internal Copy Trading: You are permitted to copy trades between your own FundingPips accounts (accounts registered under the same name).
- External Copy Trading: For external copying, a FundingPips account may only act as a master account to copy trades to an external slave account.
News Trading Rules 📰
The rules for trading during high-impact news events vary by your program and account stage.
- For 1 Step, 2 Step, & 2 Step Pro Accounts:
- Evaluation Phase: News trading is fully allowed.
- Funded Account: Profits from trades that were opened less than 5 hours before and closed within 5 minutes of a high-impact news release will not be counted.
- Exception: Traders who select the On-Demand reward cycle are permitted to trade during news events without any restrictions.
- For FundingPips Zero Accounts:
- News trading is not allowed.
Weekend Trading Policy
- 1 Step, 2 Step, & 2 Step Pro: Holding trades over the weekend is allowed.
- FundingPips Zero: Holding trades over the weekend is not allowed.
Capital Allocation Limit 💰
While standard account sizes are available up to $100,000, you can merge or scale accounts up to a combined maximum capital allocation of $300,000.
Expert Advisor (EA) Usage 🤖
Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted, but only if they function as a trade or risk manager. The use of any other type of third-party EA is not allowed.
Account Inactivity Rule
You must execute at least one trade (open and close) within any 30-consecutive-day period to keep your account active.
Minimum Profitable Days Requirement
You are required to have a minimum of 7 profitable trading days within each 30-day cycle.
Prohibited Trading Strategies 🚫
The following strategies are strictly forbidden and will result in account termination:
- Gap trading
- Server spamming
- Latency arbitrage
- Hedging
- Long-short arbitrage
- Reverse arbitrage
- Server execution arbitrage
- Opposite account trading
Withdrawal Policy:
General Payout Conditions 💰
The minimum payout amount for any withdrawal is 1% of your initial account balance. There is no maximum limit on the amount you can earn or withdraw over time.
Payout Schedules & Profit Splits
We offer a variety of payout schedules, each with a corresponding profit split. The options available depend on your trading program.
- For 1-Step & 2-Step Models: You can choose your preferred payout cycle.
- Tuesday Payouts: 60% Profit Split
- Bi-weekly Payouts: 80% Profit Split
- On-Demand Payouts: 90% Profit Split
- Monthly Payouts: 100% Profit Split
- For FundingPips Pro Accounts:
- Weekly Payouts: 80% Profit Split
- For FundingPips Zero Accounts:
- Bi-weekly Payouts: 95% Profit Split
- For Scaling (Hot Seat) Accounts:
- On-Demand Payouts: 100% Profit Split
Conditions for On-Demand Payouts (1-Step & 2-Step)
To qualify for the On-Demand (90% split) reward cycle in the 1-Step and 2-Step models, you must meet the following two conditions:
- 35% Consistency Rule: Your single best trading day cannot account for more than 35% of your total profit. This score resets after each successful payout.
- Minimum Reward Amount: Your requested withdrawal amount for an On-Demand payout must be at least 2% of your initial account balance.

Consistency Rule for FundingPips Zero 🎯
This rule applies exclusively to FundingPips Zero accounts.
To ensure consistent profitability, a 15% consistency rule is in effect. This means that the profit from your single best trading day must not exceed 15% of your total overall profits. You must meet this requirement to be eligible to request a payout.
